On average a ring is likely to take around 10 weeks to be made. However as Sam handcrafts each ring, the time scale can vary, especially at busy times so if you have a date you need the ring by, please get in contact and we will let you know what our current turn around is, and see what we can do for you.
We are based in Scotland, UK but we deliver worldwide.
Standard UK delivery takes 1-2 days and international delivery is usually 5-7 days.
International delivery can take longer if it gets held up in customs however, which is outside of our control, but the parcel will be sent with tracking information so you can check where it is every step of the way.
If you need your ring sooner, we do have alternative couriers we can use who offer a guaranteed quicker service. Please contact us for more information.
All our parcels will require a signature upon delivery.
If you are ordering a ring from outside the UK, then yes the item(s) will be subject to customs charges. Since Brexit there will now also be custom charges on orders sent out to European countries. You will be contacted by customs for this, this is not charged in advance.
If you live in the UK however, there are no additional charges or fees (all VAT is included in the price you see on the listing).
We care about our environmental impact so we have made our products Eco-friendly where we can. not only means the packaging is less wasteful, but it is also fully recyclable too. Another benefit of this packaging is that it is lightweight, and therefore reduces the carbon footprint.

We offer a lifelong guarantee on all our rings, as we are proud of the quality in all our Damascus products.
As the Damascus is stainless, it shouldn’t rust or tarnish with time, and as it is hard wearing it should last a lifetime, making it ideal for wedding and commitment rings.
As our Damascus rings are handmade to order, they are not eligible for returns (unless faulty).
If you are to ever find there was a problem with the quality of your ring, then just get in contact with us anytime and we will be happy to help.
If any item is faulty in any way we will be happy to replace it or fix it.
If you have made a mistake when ordering, (such as the size for example) then we are usually able to make adjustments to your ring for you.
If you need your ring enlarging, then we are usually able to enlarge it by up to one full size (this excludes gold sleeved rings). There is a small fee for this service of £25 which includes the return postage and VAT.
Alternatively, if you need your ring making smaller then we can add an inside sleeve to it (this will make the overall thickness larger though). This service has the same £25 re sizing fee which includes VAT and return postage, plus we ask you to cover the cost of the sleeve too.
If the changes to your ring are more drastic than this and you require a new ring, then please speak to us, we will be happy to see what we can offer.
Once you have placed your order online you have 24 hours to cancel the order. After this time we are unable to accept cancellations. If you wish to speak to us regarding an order you have placed please Contact Us.

If you have ordered our cufflinks and/ or bead(s), they can be returned for a full refund (minus postage) for up to 14 days after the date of sale.
If you have ordered a unique custom item which is not a typical product that we sell, or a customisations of one of our cufflinks or beads then these are except from the 14 day policy, and are not eligible for returns unless it is faulty.
If you are unhappy with the product then please get in contact with us anytime and we will be happy to help and see what we can do to meet your needs.

If you have ordered an item which is not handmade (such as the other variants of cufflinks) then these can be returned for a full refund (minus postage) for up to 14 days after the date of purchase.

All handmade art products which have not been altered from the listing can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
If however your item has been customised to have any individual information on it, such as a name or date etc then it is exempt from this returns policy.
We will however be happy to make any necessary amendments for you though if you wish to have changes made, and just ask that you cover the return postage please.
If the mistake was on our end (such as a misspelling) then we will cover all costs including postage.
