We offer a lifelong guarantee on all our rings, as we are proud of the quality in all our Damascus products.
As the Damascus is stainless, it shouldn’t rust or tarnish with time, and as it is hard wearing it should last a lifetime, making it ideal for wedding and commitment rings.
As our Damascus rings are handmade to order, they are not eligible for returns (unless faulty).
If you are to ever find there was a problem with the quality of your ring (whether this is when you first receive it or long into the future), then just get in contact with us anytime and we will be happy to help.
If any item is faulty in any way we will be happy to replace it, fix it, or offer a full refund.
If you have made a mistake when ordering, (such as the size for example) then we are usually able to make adjustments to your ring for you.
If you need your ring enlarging, then we are usually able to enlarge it by up to one full size (this excludes gold sleeved rings). There will be no fee for this service, only the cost of the return postage please.
Alternatively, if you need your ring making smaller then we can add an inside sleeve to it (this will make the overall thickness larger though). We don’t charge for Sam’s time to do this, but just ask for £30 towards the cost of materials for the sleeve.
If the changes to your ring are more drastic than this and you require a new ring, then we can offer to make a replacement ring for you for £45, or if you wish to keep the old ring too then we can make a new ring for £85 for all non-gold rings, and £125 for any ring containing gold.

If you have ordered cufflinks and/ or bead(s), and these are one of the standard listings then they can be returned for a full refund (minus postage) for up to 14 days after the date of sale.
If you have ordered a unique custom item which is not a typical product that we sell, or a customisations of one of our cufflinks or beads then these are except from the 14 day policy, and are not eligible for returns unless it is faulty.
If you are unhappy with the product then please get in contact with us anytime and we will be happy to help and see what we can do to meet your needs.

All handmade art products which have not been altered from the listing can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
If however your item has been customised to have any individual information on it, such as a name or date etc then it is exempt from this returns policy.
We will however be happy to make any necessary amendments for you though if you wish to have changes made, and just ask that you cover the return postage please.
If the mistake was on our end (such as a misspelling) then we will cover all costs including postage.
